[Remote] Aerospace, Defense, Space (ADS) Key Account Manager

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to manage selected focus accounts while driving a business strategy for maximum revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Drive multi-technology demand creation NBO’s promoting the entire portfolio
- Align with Global teams to convert NBO’s into revenue
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Provide insight on new products needed by key customer segment
- Collaborate with internal teams and counterparts globally to ensure share capture and seamless delivery of products and services globally
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience
- Proven experience in key account management within the Aerospace, Defense, Space (ADS) industry for North America
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
