[Remote] Advanced Specialist, Campaign Marketing

The Advanced Specialist, Campaign Marketing will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to enhance awareness and engagement for the Career Ready portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to Career Ready priorities and business objectives
  • Contribute to campaign planning, audience definition, messaging development, channel selection, and success measurement
  • Maintain campaign calendars and plans aligned to enrollment cycles, seasonal priorities, and organisational goals
  • Ensure campaign activities are coordinated across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Digital, and Content teams to bring campaign plans to life
  • Apply portfolio and product value propositions consistently across campaign activities and customer communications
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences, customer needs, and stages of the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and Product Marketing teams to strengthen campaign positioning and messaging
  • Lead the day-to-day planning and execution of assigned marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and execution milestones
  • Serve as a key marketing contact for assigned products, programmes, and portfolio initiatives
  • Execute campaigns across email, web, paid media, events, social media, and customer communication channels
  • Coordinate campaign asset development with Creative, Content, Digital, Product, and Sales teams
  • Monitor campaign progress and proactively address execution challenges to ensure successful delivery
  • Track and analyse campaign performance against established objectives and success measures
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through targeting, messaging, testing, and optimisation
  • Prepare campaign performance summaries and recommendations for key stakeholders
  • Support ongoing testing, learning, and continuous improvement initiatives across marketing activities
  • Share campaign insights and best practices to strengthen future marketing programmes

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting or executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels including email, web, digital, social media, paid media, and events
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, customer journeys, and performance measurement
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Digital, Brand, and Content functions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Strong organisational skills, problem-solving capability, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, or campaign reporting platforms is advantageous
