[Remote] Administrative Assistant - Safety

They are seeking an organized administrative assistant to support their safety team with various administrative and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
- Order and maintain supplies inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Basic office tasks, including scanning, copying and printing
- Write and distribute correspondence as needed
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain contact lists
Skills
- 2-3 years experience commercial construction workplace experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both as a team player and independently
- Computer competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
