Remote Administrative Assistant (Finance)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our expanding finance team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations by assisting with investor transactions, administrative processes, and day-to-day business activities while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, formatting, and record maintenance
- Manage the distribution and collection of corporate and project-related funds
- Coordinate and track financial contributions from investors and clients
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up as necessary
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and virtual conferences
- Respond to incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts
- Maintain accurate payment records and oversee office supply requirements
- Provide administrative support for company-wide projects and initiatives

Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in email communication, telephone etiquette, and common office software applications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially when interacting with clients and stakeholders
