Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and clerical support to our team
- Quality customer service to clients
- Point of contact for many administrative services
- Program billing
- Collection and filing of program documentation
- New hire reference checks
- Program scheduling
- Referral authorizations
- Entering client data into an EHR
- Purchase/supply orders
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 or more years of Administrative Assistant experience with Microsoft Word/Excel, Adobe/FOXIT, and data entry in electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background check in compliance with State/Federal requirements
