[Remote] Account Manager/Insurance Sales (Northeast Region)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Novacore Insurance Services, LLC is a dynamic insurance company focused on redefining the specialty insurance experience. The Account Manager will drive business expansion by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing agents, and promoting Shield's insurance products in the Northeast/Ohio Valley region.
Responsibilities
- Visit 4 potential new agents / current agents a day. Total of 3 days a week
- Retain continuous awareness of connections, sales & terms and keep relative records within Salesforce
- Follow up and maintain existing relationships, while continuing to nourish new relationships
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for other lines of insurance
Skills
- Previous retail or wholesale experience
- Detail oriented with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to support multiple individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and possess great time management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel (Travel requirements will lessen over time once acclimated and relationships are built)
- P&C license not required, but highly preferred
