[Remote] Account Manager-UST Contineo Health

They are seeking a Healthcare Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure service delivery, and drive revenue growth for assigned accounts while acting as a bridge between the client and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and expectations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
- Manage relationships at senior stakeholder levels (including C-level) and maintain client trust
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and account expansion
- Lead contract renewals and extensions
- Take end-to-end responsibility for account/service delivery outcomes, including:
- Resource management
- Financial performance
- SLA adherence
- Ensure timely delivery of services aligned with client expectations
- Develop and execute Account Operating Plan aligned with business goals
- Provide strategic inputs to clients (e.g., digital transformation, process improvements)
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client
Skills
- At least 4 years of enterprise in account management
- Strong communication & client management skills
- Business and financial acumen

- Knowledge of tools (CRM, reporting dashboards)
