[Remote] Account Manager, Limo Anywhere

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on customer retention and expansion revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews and account planning sessions
- Drive customer retention and renewal outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities across software, payments, and related services
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to improve customer adoption
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasting, and pipeline management within Salesforce
- Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and expansion targets
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers and key stakeholders
- Surface customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams
Skills
- 2+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of customer retention and revenue growth
- Experience managing customer portfolios and renewal cycles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment
