[Remote] Account Manager (English/Portuguese) – Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HelpGrid is a performance-driven growth partner for eCommerce brands in the health and wellness space. They are seeking an Account Manager to build lasting client relationships and drive account growth while helping eCommerce brands maximize the value from their partnership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of client accounts
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through
- Understand each client's business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Act as the client's internal advocate, ensuring their needs are understood across teams
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and maximize client value
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks before they impact retention
- Recommend solutions and strategies that improve customer outcomes and business performance
- Help clients maximize the value of HelpGrid's services
- Analyze account performance, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
- Monitor client performance and provide ongoing strategic guidance
- Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and business insights
- Partner closely with Operations, Customer Support, and internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Coordinate the resolution of client issues while maintaining clear communication and ownership
- Ensure client expectations align with operational execution
- Escalate risks proactively and drive solutions across departments
- Ensure contractual commitments and service expectations are consistently met
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through responsiveness and proactive account management
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the client experience
- Contribute ideas that improve internal processes and account management practices
Skills
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese (Mandatory)
- 3+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or similar client-facing experience
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Experience interpreting data and using metrics to guide client conversations
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting eCommerce, Health & Wellness, Supplements, Pet Products, or other DTC brands
- Experience working with CRMs, reporting tools, and customer success platforms
- Previous experience working in a remote environment
