[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Freightos is a logistics technology company that aims to make global trade frictionless. They are seeking an Account Manager to help accelerate growth by managing customer relationships and expanding the adoption of their SaaS solutions in the logistics space.
Responsibilities
- Master Our Product Suite: Learn the ins and outs of our various eBooking and SaaS tools so you can confidently demo and share them with prospects and partners alike
- Own Your Territory: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on growing ebooking transactions and SaaS revenue. Identify new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing customer accounts. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, network and industry events
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Learn how customers operate and recommend technology solutions that simplify their daily workflows. Translate complex technology into practical business outcomes. Build long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and measurable customer success
- Connect in Person & Online: Meet customers where they are most comfortable. This includes local visits in your market, 4–6 regional trips a year, and getting to attend at least one national industry conference annually
- Set Customers Up for Success: Help ensure new and expanding accounts are configured correctly in our systems so our customers can immediately start booking and enjoying the platform
- Drive Growth: Partner with current customers to increase platform adoptions and transaction growth. Identify opportunities to introduce additional Freightos solutions. Help customers maximize the value they receive from our platform
Skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated enough to run with projects and hit your targets
- A solid understanding of the logistics world, specifically LTL, Air freight and Ocean Freight
- Around 2+ years of experience in software or platform sales, with a track record of finding new business and expanding existing accounts
- Just as comfortable building rapport face-to-face as you are over the phone or via online demos
- Top-notch communication skills with an ability to translate complex tech features into simple, everyday benefits that help users embrace a faster way of doing business

- Reliable transportation for local client visits and industry events, plus the flexibility to travel regionally and attend conferences
