[Remote] Account Executive - Southeast
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PlanOmatic is a company that provides professional photos, floor plans, and 3D for rentals nationwide. They are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to transform the property management industry by building relationships with property managers and guiding them through PlanOmatic’s products and services.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be in the field, working with property managers to elevate their portfolio through a high-quality, automated leasing photo process
- You’ll have the opportunity to become a valued member of this industry, creating genuine relationships and guiding potential clients through PlanOmatic’s products and services, such as photos, floor plans, and 3D - automated, from start to finish
- You’ll meet property managers where they are at, visit potential clients, and attend regional, state, and national events in the industry
- You’ll generate lists of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close
- Act as a subject matter expert in PlanOmatic’s products and services, staying up to speed on new product & feature rollouts
- You’ll be selling in the field and conducting demos that show the value of our products and services
- Leverage Hubspot and other sales tools to manage all sales activities
- We Create Genuine Relationships. Not only do we want to sell our product to property managers, we want to build relationships with them
- You’ll work closely with internal partners such as Client Success, Operations, Marketing, and Product to sharpen our sales approach and grow our client base
- You’re an advocate for the client. You’ll capture feedback, observe, and understand how our industry can leverage PlanOmatic
- You’re self motivated and self accountable, thriving in an autonomous environment

- Through your experience in sales, you’ve cultivated a metric-obsessed mindset
Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience selling to a wide range of clients
- Proven experience as a top performer, achieving and exceeding quotas
- Demonstrating sharp sales acumen and very strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel with a minimum of 50% travel around the Southeast Region
- Ability to generate lists of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close
- Act as a subject matter expert in PlanOmatic's products and services
- Educate potential clients on the value and impact that PlanOmatic can have on their business
- Focus on closing new business and hitting and exceeding quota
- Leverage Hubspot and other sales tools to manage all sales activities
- Build genuine relationships with property managers
- Work closely with internal partners such as Client Success, Operations, Marketing, and Product
- Capture feedback and act as a voice of the client internally
- Self-motivated and self-accountable, thriving in an autonomous environment
- Advocate for process improvements and workflow automation
- Cultivated a metric-obsessed mindset and consistent tracking of key performance indicators
- Experience leveraging a CRM such as Hubspot
- Previous experience with PropTech and/or Property Management companies
