[Remote] Account Executive, Federal Defense (Washington, DC)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Everpure is reshaping the data storage industry and is looking for a Federal Account Executive focused on Defense Agencies. This role involves modernizing defense infrastructure through innovative data solutions, leading strategic account orchestration, driving revenue growth, and building relationships within the defense sector.
Responsibilities
- Modernize Defense Infrastructure: Evangelize the Everpure Platform and our all-flash portfolio to Defense Agencies, ensuring stakeholders recognize the total value proposition and technical superiority of our solutions over legacy storage
- Strategic Account Orchestration: Lead integrated pursuit teams and develop comprehensive account plans to synchronize internal resources, ensuring every engagement is positioned to win new logos and expand our footprint
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Drive a robust pipeline of sales activity through consistent prospecting and "Challenger" methodology to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas
- Relationship Stewardship: Build and deepen high-trust relationships across the Defense landscape—from the data center to the boardroom—to maintain Everpure’s industry-leading customer satisfaction and ensure long-term mission success
Skills
- Demonstrated success in navigating and closing complex sales cycles within Defense Agencies, with a deep understanding of the unique procurement and mission requirements of the DoD
- Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder pursuit teams and work collaboratively with Channel Partners to manage complex negotiations and achieve high-value business outcomes
- A 'Challenger' approach to sales, using technical insights and creative problem-solving to help customers rethink their data architecture and overcome persistent business challenges
- Exceptional prospecting and 'hunter' skills, with a track record of acquiring new enterprise logos and consistently delivering high-volume annual revenues
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both executive leadership and technical operators, fostering shared ownership and long-term partnerships
