[Remote] Account Executive Electricity Procurement Lead

They are seeking a driven Account Executive to lead sales efforts and client engagement within deregulated states, focusing on delivering consultative energy solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training programs designed to equip Account Executives with proven sales strategies and industry expertise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing clients
- Present competitive renewal proposals to retain and grow commercial accounts
- Stay informed on energy market trends, tariffs, and regulatory changes affecting natural gas and electricity supply
- Conduct volume analysis and deliver customized savings reports to clients
- Generate sales activity reports to assess growth opportunities and pipeline performance
- Collaborate across departments and contribute to broader organizational initiatives
- Engage with potential clients and referral sources in deregulated energy markets across multiple states
- Take on additional tasks and strategic projects as needed to support business goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or
- Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Proven track record in B2B sales, energy consulting, or account management preferred
