[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberClan is a leading Managed/Services Provider focused on enterprise security and human response for small to midsize enterprises. They are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive business growth by turning leads into closed deals and fostering new partnerships in the cybersecurity sector.
Responsibilities
- Generate, respond to, and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media campaigns (LinkedIn)
- Promote and present CyberClan’s core offerings and partnerships to potential clients through a consultative sales approach
- Assess client needs, identify stakeholders, and connect internal resources to develop and close opportunities
- Manage all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for revenue within the region
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and partners
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Develop and respond to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities that CyberClan is best positioned for
Skills
- Experienced hunter with lead generation, business development focus, and a demonstrable history of exceeding sales quota (in excess of 6M USD)
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, relationship selling, and negotiating)
- Experience with the cyber security and the cyber insurance industry in either a technical sales, tech and media underwriter, cyber underwriter, and/or broker sales
- Experience with managing day-to-day CRM for capture, reporting, and forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills
- Minimum 7 year's experience in a Software or Managed Services sales environment
- Experience with developing and presenting an annual business plan
