[Remote] Account Executive

Beryllium InfoSec is a fast-growing cybersecurity and compliance company focused on helping organizations within the Defense Industrial Base protect sensitive information. They are seeking an Account Executive to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for their flagship solution, Cuick Trac, in a full-cycle remote sales role.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery through signed agreement
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs, workflows, and business challenges
- Communicate the value of Cuick Trac clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts for technical or compliance-related discussions as needed
- Deliver proposals, pricing, and statements of work
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting information in HubSpot
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process
- Generate new opportunities through a mix of inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support revenue growth
- Stay current on industry trends, cybersecurity requirements, and customer challenges within the Defense Industrial Base
- Other duties as assigned based on business needs
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Experience selling SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, managed services, compliance solutions, or other technology offerings preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong discovery, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing pipeline activity within a CRM platform; HubSpot experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through
- Comfortable selling remotely to IT leaders, business owners, and operational stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to learn technical and compliance-related concepts
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
- Familiarity with government contractors or defense-related industries
- Exposure to cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, or compliance frameworks is a plus
- Interest in CMMC, NIST 800-171, secure cloud environments, or related cybersecurity topics
