Key Responsibilities
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls promptly.
- Provide clear and accurate instructions to callers during critical situations.
- Dispatch emergency services such as police, fire, and medical teams to appropriate locations.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and incidents in our system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast response times and accuracy. What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Calm Under Pressure: Ability to stay focused and composed in high-stress situations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Work Eligibility: Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work.
- Previous experience in customer service, emergency services, or dispatching is a plus but not required.

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space.
