Remote 1099 Ancillary and Medicare Sales Agents (marketing and leads paid for)

Role Description: Exact Medicare is actively interviewing motivated individuals for our full-time, remote 1099 Sales Agent role. As a Sales Agent at Exact Medicare, your key responsibilities include:

  • Educating clients about available Medicare and Ancillary plans.
  • Conducting comprehensive sales presentations to match clients with the best healthcare options.
  • Effectively managing client communications, follow-ups, and account support.
  • Staying current with all Medicare products, regulations, and updates.

All leads provided are consumer-initiated inbound calls generated through CMS-approved, compliant social media marketing campaigns—no deceptive promotions or misleading calls! OEP Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation: $100 per MA/MAPD, paid up front weekly (two weeks in arrears). Plans must survive rapid dissenrollment period otherwise subject to chargebacks. An additional $100 per MA/MAPD paid once plan survives rapid dissenrollment
  • Flexibility to work your own hours and work from home remotely
  • Generous Bonus Structure: Tiered performance bonuses from $25-$150/MAPD in addition to the $200 total commissions paid after rapid dissenrollment period.

Application Requirements:

  • Current health insurance license OR willing to purchase and obtain one. 2026 AHIP certification OR willing to purchase and obtain AHIP cert
  • Do you have experience closing and selling ACA, Life Insurance, D2D sales, Real estate, Mortage brokers? You may be a great candidate.
  • Expert computer navigation skills is required. You need to be able to toggle in between screens AND tabs, quickly.
  • 2 screens are required & hard wired high speed internet - You will need your own equipment.
  • Licensed in multiple states OR be willing to purchase and obtain 10-15 states
  • Experience in Telephone Sales is a plus

  • Strong communication and persuasive sales abilities is essential.
  • Sales experience required with a proven track record of results
  • Proven capability to train and educate clients effectively about Medicare plans.
  • Prior insurance industry experience strongly preferred, but willing to consider those that are in other sales industries.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Active state health insurance license with eligibility to contract with major carriers will be required before taking calls.
  • Have E&O insurance ($1M Ind/$2M aggregate)
  • 2026 AHIP
  • At least 5 states (prefer 10-15)
