Related Services Contractor
The Related Services Coordinator serves as the central contact for all therapy and related services provided to students through IEPs and 504 Plans at Stride, ensuring compliance with federal and state procedures. This role is critical to coordinating the acquisition, delivery, and documentation of specialized services for students across the school network. Key Responsibilities: Develops and maintains a statewide network of service providers, negotiates rates, establishes contracts, and ensures provider compliance and licensure. Monitors student placement with providers, tracks attendance and progress reports, manages RS databases and invoices, trains stakeholders on RS platforms and policies, and supports school administration with RS program implementation and reporting. Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and project management abilities with expertise in special education compliance, IEP/504 procedures, and healthcare provider coordination. Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in database management systems and school information platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with experience in special education, healthcare administration, or related services coordination. Knowledge of federal/state special education law, IEP processes, and experience managing provider networks or contracts is highly valued.
