Registered Dietitian Outpatient Remote GA, MD, FL, TX
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Dietitiant to join our outpatient remote healthcare team serving GA, FL, TX, TN, or MD. In this vital role, you will provide personalized nutrition guidance, develop comprehensive care plans, and support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes across diverse populations, including adults, pediatric, geriatric, and individuals managing weight loss or chronic conditions. Your expertise will empower patients to make sustainable lifestyle changes through evidence-based nutrition interventions and health coaching. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status, medical history, and lifestyle factors using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Develop tailored nutrition care plans that address specific health conditions.
- Offer health coaching sessions to motivate and educate patients on dietary modifications, behavior change strategies, and long-term wellness goals.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Dietitian with relevant credentials recognized in GA, FL, TN, MD, or Texas.
- Proven experience in outpatient nutrition services with a focus on chronic disease management, eating disorders, weight management, and other MNT related conditions.
- Familiarity with EMR systems used in healthcare settings for documentation and patient tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans.
