Your Role as a Regional Leasing & Marketing Specialist As a Regional Leasing & Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting leasing performance and marketing initiatives across both stabilized and lease-up multifamily communities. Working closely with regional and community teams, you'll help execute marketing strategies that drive occupancy, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance the customer experience. This role combines multifamily marketing, digital advertising, social media management, SEO, lease-up support, and performance reporting. You'll collaborate with operational leaders to ensure marketing campaigns, online listings, websites, and community branding efforts remain accurate, effective, and aligned with Thompson Thrift's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives that drive leasing activity across stabilized and new lease-up multifamily communities
  • Partner with leadership to execute property marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain accuracy across digital advertising platforms, websites, Internet Listing Services (ILS), concessions, and online content
  • Coordinate marketing collateral and support materials for communities and leasing teams
  • Assist with the setup and launch of new lease-up communities, including digital marketing readiness and brand implementation
  • Drive pre-leasing efforts and support lead generation strategies before community openings
  • Manage and maintain community social media platforms from construction through on-site team transition
  • Conduct and oversee digital marketing audits to ensure consistency and performance
  • Update pricing, specials, and marketing content across community websites and online platforms
  • Support search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives, including Google Business Profile creation and verification
  • Prepare and analyze marketing reports using CRM, website, social media, and leasing performance data
  • Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness, lead generation, and resident engagement
  • Assist with training and ongoing support of marketing programs and best practices across communities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Thompson Thrift's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional customer experiences

Our Ideal Candidate for this Role Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, leasing, multifamily housing, property management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting lease-up communities and multifamily marketing initiatives preferred
  • Experience with social media marketing, digital advertising, and online lead generation preferred
