Recruiting Coordinator
Standish Management, LLC is a provider of specialized fund administration services for private equity funds. They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their internal recruiting team by coordinating interview processes and enhancing communication between teams.
Responsibilities
- Interacts directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process
- Assisting with coordination campus recruiting events - presentations, interviews, events, conferences, etc
- Utilizes effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
- Takes part in special project assignments to develop processes and tools for the recruiting function
- Creates job requisition for posting and determines appropriate placements for job requisition
- Manages relationships with external vendors and facilitates recruitment invoicing process
- Sources for candidates for open roles
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience
- Detail oriented and Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle (and own) multiple projects, meet established deadlines, and monitor project timelines and workflow
- Open to flexible hours for additional necessary projects. Flexible in office schedule is available
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager-learner that's able to own projects and jump in wherever needed
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
