Recruiter- Heritage

They are seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers in developing staffing strategies, assessing candidates, and managing the recruitment process to ensure that staffing needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements
- Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed
- Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies
- Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary
- Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools
- Bachelor's
- 1+ recruiting/human resources experience
- Healthcare experience
- RPO experience
- Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR
- HR Certification through HCI or SHRM
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
