Our recruiters are responsible for finding qualified candidates, building relationships, and generating interviews. Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Remote Recruiter based in Pakistan to support our U.S. recruiting team. This is a sourcing and recruiting role—not an HR position. You will identify qualified candidates, contact them by phone, text, and email, conduct initial qualification calls, and move qualified candidates through our recruiting process. Your primary objective is simple: Generate qualified candidate interviews for our clients. Primary Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing Source candidates using Workable, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing platforms. Identify highly qualified candidates based on client requirements. Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions. Continuously expand talent pools. Candidate Outreach Make outbound phone calls to candidates daily. Send text messages and emails to prospective candidates. Follow up with candidates consistently. Build relationships with passive candidates. Candidate Qualification Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate: Relevant work experience Industry experience Technical qualifications Compensation expectations Location and travel requirements Availability Interest in the opportunity Document detailed notes after every conversation. Recruiting Administration Maintain accurate candidate records. Update recruiting activities within AlphaHire’s recruiting platform. Track outreach efforts and candidate status. Keep sourcing lists organized and current. Team Collaboration Work closely with Account Managers. Prioritize roles based on business needs. Participate in recruiting meetings. Communicate obstacles quickly. Daily Expectations Successful recruiters are expected to: Source qualified candidates daily Make a high volume of outbound calls Conduct candidate screening interviews Maintain organized recruiting notes Build pipelines for every assigned position Consistently follow up with candidates Phone recruiting is the highest priority. Required Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience Excellent spoken and written English Strong phone communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS platforms Strong internet connection Quiet home office environment Excellent organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Preferred Experience Experience recruiting for one or more of the following industries is a plus: Construction Electrical Contracting Mechanical Contracting Infrastructure Manufacturing Industrial Energy Engineering Accounting Professional Services Performance Metrics Performance will be measured by: Qualified candidates sourced Outbound calls completed Candidate screening interviews Candidate submissions Interviews generated Candidate response rate Time-to-submit Pipeline quality What Success Looks Like A successful recruiter at AlphaHire: Finds candidates others miss Makes phone calls consistently Builds strong candidate relationships Produces high-quality submissions Responds quickly Keeps accurate notes Maintains organized candidate pipelines Takes ownership of assigned roles Work Schedule Full-time Remote (Pakistan) Must be able to work with U.S. Eastern Time business hours for work schedule.
