Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Remote Recruiter to source, contact, qualify, and submit candidates for our U.S. clients. This is a recruiting role focused on candidate generation. You will spend most of your time sourcing candidates, making outbound calls, conducting screening interviews, and building talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and internal databases. Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions. Continuously identify new talent for difficult-to-fill roles. Candidate Outreach Make outbound phone calls to prospective candidates. Contact candidates by email and text message. Follow up consistently throughout the recruiting process. Candidate Qualification Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate: Relevant experience Technical qualifications Industry background Compensation expectations Availability Interest in the opportunity Recruiting Administration Maintain accurate candidate records. Update candidate activity within our recruiting platform. Prepare candidate summaries and recruiting notes. Coordinate with Account Managers throughout the hiring process. Required Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Excellent spoken and written English. Comfortable making outbound phone calls. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS platforms. Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.
