Role: Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney Work to include but not limited to:
- Leasing (office, retail and industrial)
- Purchase and sales of all types of assets (office buildings, retail, etc.)
- Financing work (mostly borrower side)
- High end/luxury residential work
- Construction agreements and related agreements (architects, designers, etc.)
Salary & Benefits:
- Paying up to $300k plus bonus
