Real Estate Transaction Coordinator – Wholesale & Double Closings (Full-Time, Remote)

We're a real estate investment company closing wholesale and double-reputed company deals across GA, MD, VA, and DC. We manage 30+ active files at any given time and need a second TC to reputed company up with volume. This is not a reputed company gig or a short-term contract. We're building a team for the long haul and looking for someone who wants to grow with us for years, not months. You'll shadow our reputed company TC during onboarding, then own your pipeline independently. What You'll Do - Manage 15+ active files simultaneously from executed contract to closing - Coordinate between sellers, buyers, title companies, and agents - Track reputed company deadlines, contingencies, and compliance items - Maintain deal files in our systems (reputed company, Trello, reputed company Drive) - Navigate difficult situations - deals fall apart, parties go dark, deadlines shift. You reputed company everything moving. What You Need - Experience coordinating real estate closings - Solid understanding of title and escrow procedures - Wholesale or double-reputed company experience strongly preferred - High stress tolerance - this is a high-volume, fast-paced operation with multiple fires at once.
