We are hiring a full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator & General Admin to support a solo agent. This is an all-around role for someone who can manage transactions, stay on top of daily administrative work, and assist with light marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple moving parts running smoothly without constant oversight. This role is centered around transaction coordination and general administrative support, while also helping with CRM management, scheduling, client communication, and basic marketing execution. We are looking for someone who can stay ahead of deadlines, maintain accuracy under pressure, and support the business across several areas at once. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5+ years of experience in real estate administration and transaction coordination, is detail-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment. Important: This is a full-time role. We are only considering candidates who do not have any other active jobs or freelance commitments. The selected candidate must be fully dedicated to this position and will not be permitted to outsource or delegate their work.
