And we’re looking for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Transaction coordination - managing all paperwork between listing and closing Listing preparation and uploading to MLS (Realm system) Client communication and follow-up via WhatsApp and email DocuLoop document management Booking showings and appointments Marketing support - Facebook posts and property flyers Agent communication coordination Receipt uploading and administrative tasks RECO form management (Ontario Real Estate Council forms) Qualifications:
- Canadian/Ontario real estate experience (required)
- Familiarity with RECO forms, TREB systems, and Realm (MLS system for Ontario)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in client communication via WhatsApp and email
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
