Job Description The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for advertising our listings and generating new business for our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our agents and staff to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, marketing events, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Compensation: $50,000 Responsibilities: Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies Prepare and manage the production of marketing videos Qualifications: Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions 2+ years of experience in Marketing Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills Develops innovative forward design concepts Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Real Estate License and experience preferred About Company We're an award-winning and high-producing Bay Area Realtor team with an abundant business volume, tech-forward systems, and a top-notch support team to help clients with selling, buying, and investing in real estate. Required qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong communication skills
