Real Estate Appointment Setter – Inside Sales / Lead Manager (Remote) Location Remote (Central Indiana Preferred) — ideally near Indianapolis / Fort Wayne / Central Indiana for occasional team days and training (90% work-from-home) Hours Full-Time | Monday–Friday (some flexibility). Must be available for calls during business hours in Eastern/Central time. Pay $30,000 base + uncapped performance bonuses (typical total $36,000–$45,000+) Get paid to talk to people and set appointments — from home. Simple Quarters is hiring a phone-based Appointment Setter / Lead Manager to be the first voice motivated home sellers hear. You respond fast, build rapport, ask great questions, and set quality appointments for our Acquisitions team. If you like clear daily goals, getting a little better every week, and earning more when you produce, you'll do well here.

What You'll Do

• Respond fast to inbound seller leads (calls, texts, web forms)
• Make outbound follow-up calls to warm and older leads
• Qualify sellers on condition, motivation, timeline, and price
• Set 4–8 quality appointments per week (once ramped) for our closers
• Keep clean, accurate notes and statuses in Salesforce
• Follow our proven script and sharpen it through weekly coaching What We're Looking For

• Organized and disciplined with follow-up
• Sales / call-center / appointment-setting experience a plus (not required)
