The opportunity This is a partnership for licensed agents, currently with eXp Realty or open to joining, who are ready to step into a qualified opportunities and close. We bring the leads. You bring the skill to turn them into closed transactions and long term clients. This is not a typical employment position, and it is not open to everyone. We are looking for agents who already know how to close, who treat clients with the level of care a global brand requires, and who want to be part of something built for the long term, not a single deal. What you will be doing Once an opportunity reaches you, it is qualified and ready to move. Your role is to take it from there. Run the buyer or seller relationship from first real conversation through closing. Handle negotiation, paperwork, and every client touchpoint with precision. Be the face of Kixan Realty in every interaction, representing a brand operating at a higher standard than the average brokerage. Maintain the relationship after close, since referrals and repeat business are part of how this partnership compounds for both sides.

Qualifications

Active real estate license in good standing in California. Currently affiliated with eXp Realty, or willing to join. A real track record of closed transactions, not just activity. Strong negotiation skills and a client first instinct. Self motivated and able to manage your own pipeline without hand holding. Comfortable representing a brand with a global, premium positioning. Compensation and structure Commission based, paid through eXp Realty's standard compensation structure. Full eXp Realty benefits apply, including revenue share, stock equity through the ICON Agent Award, and low company dollar caps.
