In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating high-voltage equipment throughout the product development cycle. You will work closely with R&D engineers, technical experts, laboratory teams, and external testing partners. How you'll make an impact Plan and execute high-voltage and high-power test campaigns Define test programs based on project and certification requirements Coordinate testing activities with laboratories and project stakeholders Lead and support testing activities together with laboratory experts Analyze test results and prepare technical reports Investigate technical issues and contribute to effective solutions Improve testing methods, processes, and knowledge sharing activities Support global R&D projects for high-voltage switching technologies Your background Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience in testing, R&D, laboratory environments, or power systems engineering Knowledge of electrical power systems and testing principles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate Fluent English and basic German skills (or willingness to learn) Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time More about us This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in high-voltage testing and switching technologies while working in an international environment with experienced technical experts.
