- We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the implementation and validation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role will work closely with chemists and software developers to ensure laboratory quality, compliance, traceability, and reporting requirements are accurately captured within the system.
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate laboratory data, reports, and quality documentation
- Support LIMS testing, validation, and implementation activities
- Validate Excel spreadsheets used for analytical calculations
- Review SOPs, method deviations, and quality procedures
- Collaborate with chemists and developers to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Recommend system and process improvements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or laboratory experience
- Experience in chemical, analytical, environmental, or related laboratory settings
- Knowledge of QA/QC principles and documentation practices
- Strong Excel and communication skills
- LIMS experience is a plus
