Python Developer (SC Cleared)

Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in software development, particularly in building scalable web applications Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end user journeys and workflow-driven systems Experience working with reusable components, such as form builders or workflow engines Ability to work within and extend existing codebases effectively Solid understanding of software development best practices, including code quality, testing, and maintainability Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience working in agile or iterative development environments Good collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams Desirable Skills: Experience with complex application or workflow-based systems Familiarity with building evaluation or assessment tools (e.g., scoring, commenting, review workflows) Understanding of scalable architecture and performance optimization Exposure to public sector or large-scale platform environments Diversity & Inclusion At Scrumconnect, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
