- Position Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers

- Role Responsibilities
- Create deliverables for common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management domain.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research.
- Work independently and remotely on a flexible schedule.
- Contribute expertise to cutting-edge AI research.
Qualifications
- Must-Have
- 4+ years professional experience in Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.

- Payment All experts receive a $100 onboarding payment for completing the onboarding quiz. Experts who pass enter a work trial period with a $1,500 payment for the first task. Payment then shifts to hourly pay.
- Performance Bonus Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive on top of their per task rate.
