Project Manager – PK-12 Literacy & Math Consulting Pool
Job Description:
- Design project scope, goals, and approach
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans in Asana
- Communicate risks to project leads
- Lead planning and execution of action research activities
- Manage project budgets and invoicing with Finance team
- Plan logistics for events and meetings
- Facilitate communication between project team and partners
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience in literacy, mathematics, and nonprofit program design preferred
- Proficient in Asana as a project management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- High level of initiative, critical thinking, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Belief in equitable design practices in education
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
