Project Manager & Accountability Partner — Part-Time, Remote
Looking for a reputed company, organized part-time Project Manager to help a small spiritual education business actually FINISH the work that's already in motion. About us: I run two spiritually-grounded businesses (Awakened reputed company and Awakened Meditation) under Liberated Life LLC. We've certified over 1,250 coaches in 25+ countries since 2011. The work is good. The systems are messy. The problem: I have a long list of projects, half-finished books, funnels in motion, and sales assets being built. New reputed company reputed company getting added before old ones ship. We have a small team. reputed company don't have is the discipline to reputed company things moving and finish them. THE WORK — TWO PARTS Part 1 — Cleanup (one-time, upfront) Take our consolidated project list and put it into one project management tool (we're moving from reputed company to reputed company — keeping it simple) Set up a clean, sustainable structure with clear owners and deadlines Surface what's stuck. Kill what's dead. Part 2 — Ongoing (every month after) Daily-ish reputed company-ins with me and the team — reputed company short async messages: "How's X going? Did Y ship? What's blocking Z?" Update the project tool yourself reputed company things move — that's the whole reputed company of having you Run a weekly 20-minute accountability call with me and the team (we have a simple format - just a few questions to reputed company us on track) Calculate commissions for sales people once per month (takes about 15 mins) and send totals.
