This project is designed with a long-term vision and is expected to run for an initial period of 3 years. About the Role
As the Project Director, you will own the end-to-end success of the project. You will provide academic leadership, mentor faculty, define learning strategies, establish quality standards, and ensure outstanding learning outcomes. This is not just an operational role—it is an opportunity to build an educational programme from the foundation and shape its future.
Requirements
Eligibility Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the Indian Academic Curriculum or subjects mentioned below Extensive experience teaching Primary School students Strong expertise in one or more of the following subjects: Mathematics English Science & Technology Proven ability to mentor students and educators Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills Passion for child development and educational innovation
Key Responsibilities
Lead the academic vision and execution of the project. Design and continuously improve curriculum delivery. Mentor teachers, trainers, and academic associates. Develop engaging and age-appropriate learning methodologies. Ensure excellence in student learning outcomes. Establish quality standards across all academic operations. Build assessment frameworks and performance metrics. Collaborate with technology and content teams to create innovative learning experiences. Represent the project in academic discussions and strategic initiatives. Take ownership of the 360-degree success of the project. Commercials & Association Model We believe that individuals who build a project should also participate in its success. Engagement Options Candidates may choose to associate with the project as: Full-Time Project Director Consultant Advisor / Mentor Revenue Sharing During the project development and growth phase, the selected Project Director (Co-Founder) will be entitled to: A Fixed amount + 20% share of the project's net revenue, subject to the agreed commercial terms and execution of the Engagement Agreement. Revenue sharing will commence as per the mutually agreed commercial milestones following project launch. Post Go-Live Opportunity Upon successful launch of the project, the selected Project Director may choose to: Continue as a Full-Time Project Director within the organisation; Continue as a Strategic Advisor or Consultant; or Transition into another mutually agreed leadership role based on project requirements and performance. The long-term engagement model will be finalized jointly after evaluating the project's operational needs and the individual's aspirations. Project Duration The initial planned duration of the project is three (3) years, with opportunities for extension based on project success and future expansion. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Given the strategic and proprietary nature of the initiative: A strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is mandatory before access to any confidential information, project documentation, or development activities. All intellectual property, curriculum, methodologies, technology, branding, and related assets developed during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the organisation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
