Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager Programmatic who will: Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia) Enforce Programmatic best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery and be accountable for consistent work delivery to WPP Media regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output. Serve as a point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges. Line manages 2-5 direct reports Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs that are well done. Skills and Experience If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: Bachelor’s degree. Advanced English level (B2–C2). Have 3 years of implementing and optimizing programmatic campaigns in DV360, The Trade Desk, Mediamath, Xandr and other DSPs. At least 1 year of previous leadership experience. Client facing experience is a MUST. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
