Responsibilities
- Drive Operational Excellence: Support comprehensive program management and administration across multiple functional areas.
- Facilitate data analysis and program evaluation to continuously optimize outcomes.
- Execute Strategic Data-Driven Initiatives: Prepare detailed data assessments aligned with modernization strategies.
- Use data analytics to showcase potential process improvements and build support to implement solutions that enhance program effectiveness.
- Build and Strengthen Partnerships: Interface regularly with senior government and military services stakeholders.
- Communicate program health, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions.
- Travel as needed to support site visits, program activities, and customer engagements at various CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in complex data analytics with demonstrated expertise in supporting programs of national scope in the Federal Government.
- Experience managing Federal Government data collection, modeling, and analysis.
- Experience in drafting and communicating executive level briefings, reports, and work products. Nice-to-haves
- Proven track record in analytics roles in large-scale programs ($25M+ annually).
