Product Solutions Specialist (Automotive)

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Eagle Wireless is a connectivity company delivering secure, reliable, and scalable cellular modules and solutions for automotive and IoT applications. With a strong presence in the United States and global R&D teams across North America, Europe, and APAC, Eagle Wireless supports customers worldwide with long-life, compliant, and cyber-secure connectivity products. Focused on trust, supply chain resilience, and regulatory compliance, Eagle Wireless helps OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and IoT innovators deploy connected technologies with confidence in an increasingly complex global environment. We are looking for: Product Solutions Specialist (Automotive) As a Product Solutions Specialist for Automotive, you will be the expert bridge between Eagle's automotive-grade cellular modules and the OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and fleet telematics companies that build the connected vehicle ecosystem. You will drive technical engagement, accelerate design-wins, and ensure Eagle's automotive modules are qualified into programs that span passenger vehicles, commercial fleets, and defense-adjacent telematics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the pre-sales and design-in technical motion for Eagle's automotive cellular module portfolio.
  • Engage automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and telematics platform providers to understand connectivity architectures and identify fit for Eagle modules.
  • Support customers through platform selection, evaluation, and qualification, working closely with Eagle's FAE and firmware teams.
  • Navigate automotive qualification timelines and manage design-win pipeline in CRM.
  • Articulate Eagle's supply chain security and regulatory compliance advantages (non-PRC, NDAA, DoD-adjacent, CVR-compliant) to procurement and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with product management to bring automotive customer requirements back into the roadmap.
  • Develop automotive-specific collateral including use case briefs, competitive comparisons, and application notes.
  • Represent Eagle at automotive industry events and trade shows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, product management, or FAE roles within automotive electronics, telematics, or connected vehicle.
  • Understanding of automotive cellular connectivity requirements (C-V2X, LTE-A, 5G NR) and automotive-grade module specifications (AEC-Q100, temperature grades, etc.).
  • Ability to manage long design-win cycles and complex multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Excellent communication skills with engineering, procurement, and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with automotive cellular module vendors (Quectel Automotive, Telit Cinterion, u-blox, Sierra Wireless, etc.).
  • Familiarity with automotive supply chain compliance requirements (IATF 16949, functional safety, NDAA compliance).
  • Experience working with fleet telematics platforms (Geotab, Samsara, CalAmp, or similar).
  • Knowledge of eCall, DSRC, and connected vehicle regulatory mandates.

What do we have to offer you?

  • The opportunity to grow a greenfield automotive business with the backing of Eagle's production capability and carrier relationships.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • An entrepreneurial environment where automotive becomes a pillar of Eagle's growth.

Eagle Wireless is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
