Product Manager – Fitness for Medicare Members
Job Description:
- Help shape the user experience strategy
- Drive strategy and execution across the full conversion journey
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and data teams to prioritize features
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover member behaviors, pain points, and opportunities
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, conversion rates, and feature usage
- Share updates, insights, and blockers with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Keep up with best practices in UX, personalization, and fitness tech
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-oriented products
- Experience optimizing conversion funnels and driving subscription growth
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and customer journey mapping
- Proven track record of working with engineering and design teams to ship products
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
- Comfort using data to inform product decisions
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field a plus. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
