Product Manager (8+ Years of Experience) We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and customer engagement for AI-powered healthcare products. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with customers, operators, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive product outcomes. You'll play a key role in shaping product direction, establishing product processes, and ensuring customer feedback translates into impactful product improvements.
What You'll Do
- Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and feature requirements.
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and business needs.
- Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and execution plans.
- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery through launch.
- Partner closely with engineering teams on scoping, prioritization, and execution.
- Drive product rollouts, onboarding programs, and adoption initiatives.
- Establish feedback loops between customers, operations, and product teams.
- Monitor product performance and continuously identify improvement opportunities.
You're a Great Fit If You
- Have 8+ years of product management experience.
- Have owned products or major product areas end-to-end.
- Possess strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Have experience writing clear PRDs, requirements, and product documentation.
- Can effectively balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints.
- Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.
- Demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Have sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, RCM, or Vertical SaaS products.
- Experience working at early-stage or high-growth startups.
- Exposure to AI, LLM-powered products, or agentic workflows.
- Experience managing complex operational or workflow-driven products.
- Background working closely with customer success, operations, or implementation teams.
