NASPO ValuePoint is seeking a unified sourcing-to-contract lifecycle management solution. The opportunity is relevant to FuntoNetwork services around SaaS implementation, procurement workflow design, contract lifecycle management, data migration, integration support, reporting, and stakeholder adoption. Core Responsibilities

• Support sourcing-to-contract SaaS implementation, requirements mapping, configuration, testing, data migration, and launch readiness.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.

• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
