Job Description
Joining us as a Portfolio Project Manager A hands‑on Portfolio Project Manager responsible for delivering complex initiatives end‑to‑end, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and performance across cost, time, quality, and benefits. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: Deliver end-to-end projects to agreed scope, time, cost and quality objectives Maintain robust project plans, risks, dependencies and change control throughout the project lifecycle Assess the impact of project changes and provide recommendations to support effective decision-making Manage budgets, forecasts and performance reporting, ensuring strong governance and visibility across delivery Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and benefits realisation What you’ll bring to the role Strong project delivery expertise, financial discipline and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead complex change, establish effective delivery structures and provide confidence in project outcomes. You’ll also have: Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex projects within a portfolio environment Strong planning, risk and dependency management skills, with experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps A solid understanding of cost, time, quality and scope management, with the ability to assess the wider implications of project decisions and changes Experience producing high-quality project documentation, governance artefacts and executive-level reporting Confidence embedding project management best practice and supporting teams to adopt effective planning, governance and delivery disciplines Additional Information Life at CityFibre Everyone deserves to feel heard, valued and truly included.
