The Opportunity NICJR is recruiting for a Policy Analyst/Senior Policy Analyst. Other than the travel and meeting requirements noted below, this is a fully remote position. This is a deep class recruitment, meaning we are accepting applications from candidates across a range of experience levels and will determine the appropriate title and compensation at the time of hire based on each finalist's qualifications, demonstrated skills, and capacity to work independently. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications will be considered for the Policy Analyst level; those with more advanced experience may be placed at the Senior Policy Analyst level.
