Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw audio recordings, including interviews, monologues, and sound effects, to produce engaging and high-quality podcast episodes.
- Perform noise reduction, equalization, compression, and other audio sweetening techniques to ensure professional sound quality.
- Assemble and arrange audio segments, adding intros, outros, music, and advertisements as required.
- Mix and master final audio tracks for optimal listening across various platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with content creators and producers to understand project goals and deliver edits that align with brand voice and episode objectives.
- Implement feedback efficiently and make revisions as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage and organize audio assets, ensuring proper file naming, storage, and version control.
- Stay updated with the latest audio editing software, techniques, and podcasting trends to continuously improve production quality.
- Ensure all content adheres to copyright laws and accessibility standards.
- Provide creative input on sound design and storytelling to enhance the overall listener experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve audio-related issues to maintain high production values.
Required Skills
