PMO Lead – Program Director
Job Description:
- Own program governance and ensure alignment with customer business objectives and PTC strategic vision.
- Develop and manage multi-year roadmaps for PLM/ALM adoption and integration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing thought leadership on digital thread, product lifecycle optimization, and enterprise architecture.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and measurable business value.
- Collaborate with PTC R&D, Customer Success, and partner ecosystem to drive innovation and best practices.
- Lead executive-level workshops and business case development for PLM/ALM initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and manage escalations effectively.
- Direct management of a team of PTC Professional Services project and Program Managers.
- Mentor, coach, and develop the team.
- Recruit, hire, and retain an experienced project management team that can advise partners and deliver direct PTC implementations.
Requirements:
- US Person required. US citizenship or GC holder only. Role not eligible for sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience in PLM/ALM program leadership, with strong expertise in PTC related technologies.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level transformation programs in manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering AI solutions to customers.
- Experience in utilizing and transforming Services Excellence with AI.
- Exceptional communication, executive engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
