- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and consultations
- Design and deliver goal based training programs
- Build and maintain a recurring client base
- Help members stay accountable and motivated
- Deliver high energy, results driven training sessions
- Build relationships with members throughout the club
- Support supplement and wellness recommendations including dotFIT
- Track sessions, appointments, and client progress consistently
- Collaborate with club leadership to drive member engagement and retention What We’re Looking For Required
- Active personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping others succeed
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak club hours Preferred
- Experience training clients in a fitness club or private setting
- Experience building a client base or generating referrals
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with nutrition or supplement recommendations Compensation & Perks
