Job Description

Job Summary Stewart Insurance, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking a kind, energetic, curious, and results-driven Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team and help drive new business growth while protecting what matters most to our clients. Job Responsibilities Promotes Stewart Insurance services and solutions through sales activities including consultative selling, relationship-building, and exceptional, client-tailored communication skills Utilizes track record of service-first sales performance for business development and customer success Follows standard procedures and guidelines while thriving in a client-focused, production-driven environment Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams Quickly earns trust of prospective clients while discovering and identifying each client’s coverage needs and risk exposures Generates, manages, and closes a high volume of opportunities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a client-focused, production-driven environment Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations to team to deliver exceptional client experiences Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload Performs all other duties as assigned by management Education High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred Experience General Lines Agent – Property & Casualty License Property & Casualty sales experience (personal lines preferred) Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms A proven track record of high-volume, high-quality sales performance with consistent achievement of sales goals Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Stewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
